My wife and I told Janet what we wanted and where we wanted it; she found our “dream home” before it went on the market, negotiated the offer to our benefit, and we moved in within thirty-five days. We had been trying to sell our 1959 home “For Sale by Owner”, turned it over to Janet, and it was sold in two weeks which demonstrated to us that her marketing program really works.
